    we can adopt a constructive and positive attitude, in which you accept yourself and what surrounds you, sharing your concerns, controlling your emotions is important so as not to be distressed by any circumstance that is out of the ordinary
    There are many studies that support the benefits of meditation for improving our mental state,
    It is very positive to exercise about 3 times a week, since it helps us to secrete endorphins and serotonin, hormones closely related to the feeling of well-being and
